25 cm Hybrid Wok

If you love woks but don’t have a ton of cooking space, consider the 25 cm Hybrid Wok. Petite, but with a generous depth, it stashes easily and doesn’t take up much of a footprint on a range or in a cabinet. This is the wok we reach for when we have a handful of veggies in the crisper and want to stir-fry them. You can also use it to amp up store-bought ramen noodles, whip up a quick batch of fried rice, or heat soup. (Try cracking an egg in your soup, for a new riff!) The small, round wok conducts heat very quickly and is compatible with any stovetop, including induction ranges.
